As of May 2024, PICL has nine active chapters on in the United States in the following states: OR, NH, MA, CT, NY, DC, FL, IL, CA, and WA! The ease of start-up is just a matter of getting some friends together and organizing a gear drive to have your community provide materials for those incarcerated.
